About G1M PLUS screen using:

1. You can connect Yesoulfitness or Zwift or Kinomap APP through Bluetooth then take out the screen mirroring adapter. Note: There are two screen mirroring adapters for Android and IOS in the package. Please use them according to the model of your phone.

2. Connect the HDMI interface of the same screen device to the screen.

3. Connect the Type-c or Lightning interface of the screen mirroring adapter to the mobile phone. Note: Android phones need to support DisplayPort (DP) signal output in order to use the wired screen projection function normally.

For users in United States and Canada, your package will be all-in-one, so you will only receive one package.

For some users in Australia, the packages will be shipped as two separately. Please kindly wait. If you don't get another package three days after you receive one, please contact with us. We need your help with the following:

1. Check whether the two cables of the loudspeaker are damaged or loose.
2. Connect the speaker with a 5V=1A charging head to check whether it can be started.
3. Connect the phone charging cable to the USB port on the screen to check whether the phone can be powered.

Please let us know the result after confirming the above steps so that we can confirm whether the speaker or the screen is damaged.

Please confirm: When you turn the knob to the left and right, does the resistance on your feet feel change？Will the distance between the brake pads and flywheel change？

If not change, you need change the parts: the resistance bar.

If change，the resistance needs to be rewritten, please calibrate according to the video
1: Connect the bike and enter the course ，like Just Ride
2: Open the cover with control board
3: Adjust the resistance to MAX( from flywheel around 3-5 mm).
4: Please press the button A and B at the same time, until the electronic control two light up.
5: Long-press the button B and green of lights will be off
6: Adjust the resistance to MIN
7: Long-press the button A and red of lights will be flashing
It is best to complete the entire operation in one minute

First, the pedals are left and right.
Second, the left pedals need to be aligned, they should be rotated counterclockwise.
End, the right foot pedal needs to be aligned, rotate it clockwise.
Both sides need to rotate towards the front of the bike.
