Cancellation within 24 hours
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund regardless of the status. -
Cancellation after 24 hours
If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the item may have already been processed and shipped. We will attempt to intercept and recall the package. Alternatively, you may refuse delivery and notify us. In such cases, a £50 restocking fee will be charged.
If you have already received the package, please contact our customer service to confirm the return address, and you will be responsible for sending the package back at your own cost.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will bear the return shipping costs, and the exact fee depends on the shipping service provider chosen.
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover the shipping costs.
If a cancellation is requested after shipment, a £100 logistics fee will be charged. This fee covers additional transportation costs for large items or remote delivery areas.
Order Processing Time
We normally process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. In the event of an out-of-stock item, shipping may be delayed according to the replenishment schedule. Please contact our customer service for the latest processing time information.
Returns (if applicable)
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns (except for post-shipment cancellations as described above).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
