Limited Warranty Overview

This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty provided by Yesoul. It offers benefits in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

This Limited Warranty does not replace or limit any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty applies to Yesoul Fitness Products purchased directly from Yesoul or its authorised resellers. “Yesoul Fitness Product” includes new or refurbished Yesoul Bikes, Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Recumbent Bikes, Accessories, and Customer-Paid Replacement Parts.

2. Warranty Period

a. The Warranty Period begins on the original date of purchase as shown on your proof of purchase.

b. The standard Warranty Period is 1 year from the original date of purchase.

c. The delivery date, installation date, or first-use date does not extend or alter the start of the Warranty Period.

d. All claims must be submitted within the Warranty Period.

e. Any repaired or replaced component will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

3. Conditions of Warranty

a. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or original gift recipient, provided the product was purchased from Yesoul or an authorised reseller.

b. This Limited Warranty applies to normal residential indoor use only. Commercial, rental, institutional, or outdoor use voids this Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

c. Warranty claims may be submitted directly to Yesoul, even if the product was purchased from an authorised reseller.

4. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

a. Normal wear and tear;

b. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;

c. Software services, connectivity features, or uninterrupted operation;

d. Non-Yesoul branded products;

e. Products with removed or altered serial numbers;

f. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorised modification, unsuitable environmental conditions, electrical irregularities, or use outside intended design;

g. Damage arising from service, repair, relocation, or installation performed by anyone other than a Yesoul authorised technician (unless previously approved in writing);

h. Commercial or non-household use.

5. What Yesoul Will Do

If a valid defect claim is made within the Warranty Period, Yesoul may, at its discretion:

a. Provide replacement parts with guidance for installation;

b. Replace the product or affected component with a new or refurbished equivalent;

c. Offer a partial or full refund taking into account the time elapsed since the original date of purchase.

All replaced parts become the property of Yesoul.

6. How to Make a Claim

a. Upon discovering a defect, discontinue use and contact Yesoul Support.

b. You may be asked to provide:

– Order number or serial number;

– Proof of purchase showing the original date of purchase;

– Description of the issue;

– Supporting photographs or video.

c. If return is required, Yesoul will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yesoul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the product.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Yesoul’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. General

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of purchase.
